CAPTRON starts with new dual leadership into the year 2022

News 01/25/2022: On January 1, 2022, the leadership duo of Philip Bellm and Albrecht Hohenadl takes over the management of CAPTRON.

Albrecht Hohenadl has been part of the management team at CAPTRON since May 2021, and as of January 1st, 2022, he has taken over the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition, he is responsible for the Asia Pacific region as Executive Director APAC. Albrecht Hohenadl began his career in 2003 at a Munich SDAX group, where he held various key positions in Japan, the Philippines and China.

Before joining the management team at CAPTRON, Hohenadl managed the entire Asia Pacific business of a Munich-based global market leader specialised in engineering services. Hohenadl studied communication science in Munich and Tokyo and obtained an MBA from Regis University Colorado. Thanks to his many years of experience in international business as well as in various management positions, he is ideally suited to help guide CAPTRON on its continued path of expansion.

CAPTRON’s unique blend of tradition and innovation has inspired me right from the start. We are currently in a phase of strategic realignment, and it is an honour for me to be a part of it. Reinhard Bellm and Petra Bellm are withdrawing from management activities and – as of January 2022 – are switching to the Supervisory Board of the company, where they will be on hand to support the management team. CAPTRON is also adding another experienced manager to the Supervisory Board in the form of Dr. Klaus Feix, who can look back on a successful career as CEO of the publicly listed Schaltbau Holding AG and ARRI AG as well as Managing Director of Efficient Energy GmbH.

Currently, he is active as a managing partner of MEDICARE Medizinische Geräte GmbH and a venture partner at MIG Capital AG. With his diverse management experience and broad industry expertise, Feix can bring valuable outside perspectives to the strategic development of CAPTRON.
